about me

I am a certified Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist with a focus on teaching how to apply the principles of Ayurveda in the preparation of the food that we eat, and the nourishment and support it brings us. Being only one aspect of integrating Ayurveda into our lives, food is essential for our well being. It is not only food, but also our awareness of it. What we eat is important, but how we eat is just as important in that the body responds to our attitude about it. My mission is to guide and support you within your physical, mental, and subconscious bodies, on your road to achieving optimal health .We will work together to find creative ways to make daily living easier. Tools and support are given so that real and lasting change may happen.
Services include in depth Ayurvedic consultations, 5elements cooking classes for health, Ayurvedic facials and Indian head massage. These together bring peace and vitality on our experience of living in a more harmonious way.
Optimal health is achieved through Ayurvedic principles when we are living in harmony with our environment. In order to feel and see this, we must first understand our own natures. Only then can we intelligently make choices which support us on our journey.
I am a graduate of the California College of Ayurveda as a Clinical Ayurvedic Specialist in Cerritos and Grass Valley, CA which is a state approved and internationally recognized school for the study of Ayurveda, have received additional training from the Ayurvedic Institute with Vasant Lad in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and am a member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association).
